Billy is free for teams with less than 30 users. It's also free to install for larger teams (no credit card required) because we offer a 30 days free trial. Paid plan depends on the number of users in your workspace, to see how much Billy will cost for your team, please visit our Pricing page. If you're interested in custom integrations or custom features, please contact email@example.com.
Billy counts the number of active users in the channels where it is included (excluding bots or any inactive accounts and excluding guests users to only take employees into account).
The rate adjusts every time a slack user is removed or added. There is a pro-rata mechanism. So for example, if you spend 1/3 of the month at 180 users and 2/3 of the month at 120, the rate will be: (1/3 * 180 + 2/3*120) * ($_Current_price)
